I have a couple G-Shocks in my own collection (GA-100 in khaki, 9300-1 Mudman solar) I have a Bulova Curv with the 262khz chrono movement made especially for the Curv (which I love), a limited edition EVE Online diver style which I am almost 100% sure was made by ArTic Watch company in Iceland, as well as a Dan Henry 1945 chronograph which I wore just yesterday.
My Lady collects almost exclusively quartz watches with a Timex and a lot of G-Shocks in her collection (she loves G-Shocks).
My next purchase will be the G-Shock MTG B3000 series which I recent got to try on and absolutely love.
I don't own this watch yet but it is on my to buy list since I recently tried one on. The G-Shock MTG B3000BD12 (retails at $1050). You can of course buy this watch cheaper on the grey market.
Yes the Zulu's sold out fast in the pre-orders there were only like 32 left when I placed my order like 30-45 days before they shipped (or so I think). And within another 5 days after I placed my order they were sold out on the pre-orders.. may of been closer to 60 days before they shipped now that I think about it anyways they went quick!
