I feel you on the "finding the right Vostok for me" part. I combed through the Vostok websites for almost a year before I settled on this amphibia
Literally the same week I found it, they released this beauty.
I knew I had to have both so I ordered them from Moscow that night. After a two month wait I knew I had found the perfect Vostoks
I find the 70s to be a sweet spot of watch design in general for me but totally agree on the chronographs. That Titus bullhead is amazing.
I would also add that non-english speaking vintage catalogs are grossly over looked. Ie Chinese or Russian (tho they seem to get more representation)
