Beautiful watch. Being from Liverpool, my dad collected Russells. We sold his collection at auction last year. I still have a Russell carriage clock and his favourite watch that I wear at Christmas.
Thanks mate - I just noticed there is still blood on the back of the watch in the photo. I'd never be any good cleaning up after a crime.
I was just going to suggest vintage myself. The other thing to consider is design, some watches at 42mm look ridiculous on my 6 1/2 inch wrist yet well designed ones like the speedmaster look absolutely fine. I reckon you might get away with a 40mm with a short lug to lug.
