My dad's watch

Messing around today. So I thought I'd try and do my dad justice. He was a keen amateur photographer and watch collector. So what better than using one of his cameras and one of his watches as props?

Nice watch, nice shot

thank you for your story about your dad. a legacy connection. perhaps you'll dabble in watchmaking instead of liquidating.

Until he died last year, I had one watch. I admit I've sold all his pocket watches (apart for his favourite which I wear) and kept his Seamaster, The Mondaine in the picture and an old French art deco watch that I've had serviced and runs really well. My personal collection has grown to 13 watches. I have dabbled in watch making - using his tools I've been stripping a broken Sekonda pocket watch and manage to get it back together apart from it's broken balance staff.

Awesome picture and full marks for using both his watch and camera. Your dad would be proud 👏

After seeing @AdrianBarker with one on AET I picked up a bargain on eBay... Love it!
