The Vibrant Swimmer!

A favorite of any watch of mine is its graphical ‘fingerprint’ that sets it apart from any other while setting the ‘mood’ of its design.

Image

My Rubik’s little golden swimmer…gliding along a shimmering dial-landscape…bolsters the zap of delight that arises when I look down for a snapshot of the current time.

Image

Though this golden swimmer may be forever-imprinted to stay in his acrylic pool…he is still able to raise a tiny arm to me every time I look down to say hello.

What graphical fingerprint lives on your watch that elevates you every time you look down?

Oh…full-on! I dare say Vostok runs the show with these little graphical watch creatures.

That Armi Rubik swimmer is a GREAT one. As Ive said in my past post, that swimmer reminds me to just "keep on going and good things happen."

The Casio Marlin and swordfish, these are famous for the Duro, but I'm a sucker for these older digital watches (Not my photo)

I do like the Armitron swimmer. I really enjoy the WR on the 80s/90s casio designs.
