Cheers to not having to set the date today ๐ป
Let's see your perpetual calendar- quartz, mechanical, digital, analog, anything goes.
This is my most recent watch, The CITIZEN AQ4100-65. It's a high-accuracy quartz specced to keep time to within 5 seconds per year. It also features a perpetual calendar.

That's one is my favorite complications! Beautiful watch!
Sorry for the ignorance but how does it tell the month and leap year? Where do you set it? Btw great looking watch
I like this line of Citizen watches, but that damn chicken on the dial has me totally turned off, Uggh.

There's a recessed button at 2-o'clock. When it's depressed and held with something like a toothpick, the hands display the month/year/leap year. Then release and push the button to change.
That said, the dealer set it for me so I've never interacted with it. And odds are the watch (or I x) ) will die without needing adjustment since it's good until 2100.
Wow now this is quite cool, hidden perpetual you might say

The maker claims it's an eagle, but everyone knows C is for Chicken! I've been bamboozled ๐ค
That's mine. And here is doing its thing last 29 February leap year:

I would stay up to watch that date wheel every time. Very cool tech!
While not as accurate, the little brother of the Chronomaster has some tricks up its sleeve: radio-controlled and world-time, on top of the perpetual calendar.

In the real world, yours pulls ahead after a month or two in the accuracy race as A060 cares not for atomic time; it insists on doing its own thing. Nice watch!

That's how I recorded it! Staying up ๐
Why you luckyโฆ..๐คฃ๐๐ป

Where I live it is very hard to get the time signal regularly unless I leave the watch out of the watchbox for the night and use the little Citizen antenna to improve the reception.
On its own, the movement drifts about +6-7 sec per month, not bad, but my Citizen Promaster with the E210 movement is more accurate.
Here's mine, cheers ๐๐ฝ
I know itโs cheating but all radio-controlled ๐คฃ
How do u do world time without a bezel?
When the crown is pull to the first position, the seconds hand moves to point to the current timezone displayed as one of the cities in the bezel, then turning the crown moves the seconds hand to select the desired timezone and the hour hand, minute hand and date will move to display the correct time there. Pushing the crown back to normal position makes the seconds hand to move along the dial until it displays the correct seconds again. It's pretty cool to see and play with it!

It's my thread, and I vote let's count it! Never seen the Junghans before, looks very unique.
Chronomasters are incredible GADA watches. And they are underrated. Are you able to set up February and leap years as well?

Itโs full name is Junghans Spektrum Mega Solar, bloody parents and their middle names ๐คฃ. Itโs a great watch, I wanted a Junghans for a long time, love their simplicity and the accuracy - Iโm a nerd - that this gives me is reassuringly brilliant.
Gorgeous
