First "luxury" purchase

Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra "Bumblebee"

About 10 years ago I decided that I wanted to save up for a "luxury" brand watch. Saved up for 3 years thinking I wanted a Milgauss (this was when you could actually walk into a Rolex AD and walk out with a watch w/o playing stupid games to buy 1 of 2M watches they make annually, but I digress). Knew of Omega on a macro level as a rookie but didn't really know them very well.

Long story short, was about to walk into the Rolex boutique, decided I should at least see what Omega was about and then saw this temptress. Changed my mind there and went with the 15k gauss bumblebee and have been in love with Omega since. This is the other watch in my collection that I would never part with because it was my first "big" watch purchase and is more responsible for my watch obsession than my grandfather's Rolex.

I love the mini pops of color. It provides a cool contrast with the rest of the watch. Nice choice!

The Aqua Terra’s have a lot going for them I am learning… which means it may be climbing on the want list. Love the Bumblebee livery as well. Well done.

This is by far one of the best Omegas 👌Great choice
