From what I’ve heard they are trustworthy. And that their ‘cheap’ prices is because they can buy from other dealers to help them fill their sellquotas.

Awesome thanks

I've bought from Jomashop several times. The watch may not have the same box as provided by the AD and you'll need to research the warranty specifics but the savings was worth it to me and the service was flawless.

I have bought several ones without issues. Go for it!

I bought a Mido from Watchmaxx which is their competitor and am so happy with it no problems at all and good price. Should be similar good deal

I’ve bought a bunch from Joma! They are great. Sometimes a bit longer than your typical Amazon or eBay - but legit

How much?

$700~ instead of $1200 for the Ocean Star 200c

I never bought anything there. But I heard that if they have your watch in stock, then you get it without issues. But if they do not have it when you ordered it, then getting it may be difficult. Long delays and lack of communications.

Nice good deal

I just bought a Longines from Jomashop and everything was 100%. The original box, hang tags, etc were all included as well as the Jomashop warranty.

That is the only difference here. Jomashop is a true 'Gray' dealer so manufacturer warranties will not be honored. You will have to take care of any issues through Jomashop.

I bought a watch from Jomashop. Never again. My watch was advertised as New/unworn. It was supposed to have a Fahrenheit mechanical thermostat. When it arrived it was clearly a worn watch and had a Celsius thermostat. No answer to emails, stuck on wait when called until office hours ended. Then, I got an email where they asked me to write a review . . . And I did! Suddenly they contacted me. Like I have heard about them from others, they offered to give me a discount and asked I removed the review. I did do this and take the discount. But I am not interested in these kind of watch sellers. My AD offers me good deals with the piece of mind that I didn’t get dealing with grey market dealers.

At best, you’ll hear some people that have had good experiences and many that haven’t. IMHO, watches are too expensive to take the risk.

I bought a Oris Aquis from them almost 10 years ago. Box and watch but no cards. Seems they have their own warranty program which is why the price is lower.

I sold the Aquis to my Old Man after an unfortunate incident.

Agreed, plus the experience is nicer at an AD.

I have bought many from joma and they are fine

The main thing I’d say is make sure they have the watch listed as “in stock”. Otherwise you might be waiting for them to source the watch, and there are plenty of stories out there about it not being exactly speedy.

I rolled the dice and bought my Hamilton Khaki Field Automatic 42 Titanium (dang that's a mouthful) from Jomashop. Shipping was fast, watch is perfect, price was amazing! Totally satisfied.

One note is that as expected the Hamilton warranty card is not included. No manufacturer warranty, but JS includes their warranty and card and it registered without issue. I knew this and decided that at the price point (well under $1,000) I was ok with that risk. All good.
