Is this watch too large for me?
Greetings, fellow WC. Today, I visited a Tissot store to examine the 35mm PRX Powermatic. They only have the MOP and blue dial options right now, so I tried both, and I think they both look fantastic on my 5.5-inch wrist. However, because it doesn't hug my wrist like my other watches do, my partner feels it looks a little huge. Therefore, I want to ask everyone if it's truly that big for me. I've been thinking about acquiring this watch soon.

It’s all personal preference. Wear a gshock for a week and I am sure it will feel fine. I recently re purchased a PRX. I sold mine earlier in the year thinking the 39.5 mm was too big. I was wearing smaller watches then so it seemed huge. Now my daily drivers are a 41mm submariner and a Santos de Cartier large and it seems to be perfect size the 3rd time around

When in doubt, go with your partner’s opinion or just the fact that you are asking an opinion indicates uncertainty. I wear bigger watches so friends are used to bigger watches on me. Nothing worst than comments from the Peanut Gallery but as long as it is the look that you prefer then it is the right look for you. I say that with sincerity and conviction.

Thanks. Despite what my partner said, I will still buy it. I'm confident that he has my best interests in mind. However, I think that women can wear any watch, regardless of size.

I personally think it fits and is just making it but you are the one wearing that watch at the end of the day. What do your really feel is the truth about how it fits.
