I’ll vote #baltic but without a great deal of enthusiasm. May the most popular brand win ( also poor Baltic. As I’ve said all these last years. Tired of being the bridesmaid! )

Here is a very tough one for me. I have a Baltic and I really really want to get a mechanical chronomaster from Nivada. Its been top of my list for quite some time. I’m parking my vote with Baltic at the moment but I might change my mind before voting ends. Nivada has great offerings with their chronomaster and antarctic field watch. The F77 isnt my cup of tea but the other two collections are 🔥🔥🔥. Baltic has the Aquascaphe and tricompax which i really love too.

Ahhh... Damn... Two equal favorites... Flipping coin on this one... My vintage is Nivada and my Baltic is Bronze Aquascaphe... I'm stuck here 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think this is Baltics first real challenge in the tournament. I think they've had the easiest route to get to this point. But Nivada Grenchen is using that back catalog to resurrect itself with great effect. I think I'm still voting Baltic but this as close as it's been for them.

Wow I am surprised at the gap. From what I’ve read nivada is a cult brand amongst watch enthusiasts🤷🏻‍♂️I am a fan will probably pick one up at some stage.

The only watchmaker I know socially, won a Nivada Grenchen Antarctic in a watchmaking contest!

A Nivada Grenchen owner at a watch meetup introduced me to Watch Crunch. I’d heard Max plug it in his videos but this fella got me on here.

Yet I’m still voting Baltic! Sometimes the heart overrules the head 😅

Tough one, went with NG while assuming that Baltic will come out as the winner here.

NG for me just but I am surprised at how much Baltic is in front at the moment was expecting a closer matchup but there’s still time (pardon the pun!!!!!!)

The other tough matchup for me, voted Nivada because I like how they came out of the gate with great re-issue after great re-issue. But Baltic has literally done everything perfectly as a microbrand, it and Lorier, who has also done everything right, are justly favorites and have earned every bit of praise and respect they get.

Nivada Just makes beautiful timepieces. Baltic does too, but Nivada is in a different class of beautiful in my opinion.

Yes... I had to throw it to Nivada... Baltic had my vote earlier in the bracket, so I'm not feeling bad.

We must acknowledge, that while both brands are incredible... Only Nivada has a legitimate long Heritage... My post WW2 vintage is proof of that (thereafter, the Antarctic was released). Sorry, not sorry, that I'm biased, even though my Baltic Bronze is on point.

Not a huge surprise here. Nivada is a watch media and influencer darling and like it or not that does mean more exposure, more sales, more people talking. It also helps that they have very quickly rolled out some banger vintage re-issues and some interesting collaborations. I didn't think the gap would be this large though considering Baltic is one of those brands that people first find out about when they want to move beyond Seiko (or are just curious what else is out there at attainable prices).

I don't get the crazy love for Baltic. I just don't. Maybe Nivada gets dinged because it has actual heritage?

I think the long, actual heritage hurts Nivada. Maybe people don't consider it a micro anymore?

Maybe not "hurt it" but more like Squale... An *Independent*... Which by design tends operate a small nimble shop like a micro.

Sigh... this doesn't look like it is trending in the quite the right way. 😭 No disrespect to Baltic, which is another fine brand.

That is the beauty of these polls, one can literally see everyone who voted. They were handedly the most popular brand in the tournament going in, so I am not too surprised.
