I am looking forward to learning more about this new world that fascinates me.
I have nothing on my wrist and I haven’t worn a watch for over 25 years.
I would like my first watch a watch that I put together.

Welcome! when it comes to watch building your assembling from off the shelf parts. The kits are nice but expensive and anything beyond an NH35 build gets complicated. Aliexpress is the place I go to for parts lately and so do most of the mod parts resellers. Youtube is your friend there as there are tons of build and mod videos to learn from. Best advice i could give is don't work on them anywhere near carpet and use rodico to pick up the small parts and place hands with it. Tweezers will ping the little things to Narnia.

Yea that can actually be cheaper sometimes if you shop around. You just have to get your tool separately but that also doesn’t have to break the bank. The benifits to getting a kit is it come with everything but is usually more expensive in mark up. I also mod watches as a hobbie so if you need to bounce something off me let me know I’m here for yea.
