I wish so badly that Apple or Garmin would make a good activity tracker that ISNT a watch. I’d get that asap and keep rocking my real watches
I swear the longer I look at it the more I’m convinced that it’s ugly, but then that switches to cool, then back to ugly. I can’t figure this one out 😂
I’ve looked into some of these as well (Timex did some stupid shit with yacht racing watches), and I’ve come to the conclusion that we as a society need to start doing coke again. I’d love more wacky watches like these 😂
edit: can’t forget my favorite Casio - the TV remote watch. That would actually have a use case in real life though it is quite ugly
I’m limited by budget, but even if I weren’t I’d still think about every other hobby I have that requires money 😂 I always have the thought “could this buy climbing gear that you need more?” Or “would you rather spend this while on vacation?” And the answer is usually that I don’t spend money on watches just to buy and to have 🤷🏽♂️
I love smartwatches but I hate that most are completely devoid of personality (looking at you Apple Watch…). G-Shocks are kinda sorta smart watches and are very budget friendly.
That said, if my budget allowed for luxury pieces I’d probably have a single G and then never think about them again.
