It's all a personal thing. General wisdom seems to be that Cartier watches are meant to be worn small, so that appears to work perfectly fine on your wrist. I personally have a slight preference for something a bit larger, and am contemplating the Tank Must XL (mostly for the guilloche patterned dial) but am worried it might look comically large on my 17cm wrist.
Personally I found the tank small a touch too small. I would have bought large but it still is a Cartier Tank and it looks good in any size so whatever your preference, it’s right.

In my opinion a watch shouldn't come close to the edges of your wrists, particularly a dress watch.
I voted “just fine” but the truth is whatever you think it is in a situation like this.
Like the third bowl of porridge
There are no small watches, just small people.

It’s great!
Personally I went for the large - but I’d have been happy with the small.
Both are way nicer than the XL automatic..
