I have a Khaki field from the 80’s that’s been running well since I got it, not been serviced and been through its fair share of straps.
The intramatic is special 🥰
Just wish it came in a smaller case ☹️🙁
I'm partial to this little dude.
The Murph is one of my favorites. The role it played in Interstellar, one of my favorite movies ever, is so crucial to the plot and its rare to see the watch itself be integral to the movie itself as opposed to simply an object on the wrist of an actor.
Aesthetically, my favorite of the bunch would be the Jazzmaster. I find the case design of the Khaki line extremely obnoxious with almost straight lugs that make them wear much bigger than they should and overhang on smaller wrists.
I could pull off the Murph 38 with only 45mm L2L but, since they removed the "eureka" code on this version, the watch lost the cool flair of the original Murph.
The KFA is the favorite in my collection so I was torn between the Mechanical and the Murph. Went with the redhead.😜
Khaki Field is king, but the new Murph is a great way to get a slightly nicer one.

This is the current production model Hamilton that doesn't make me groan in disinterest. I try not to think about the Murph because I have PTSD over how godawful that stupid, boring, shaggy dog story movie was.
