Favourite GMT of the year would be the Tonda PF Rattrapante, with a GMT hand that hides back under the regular hour hand, once you're back home. Doing that by pushing on the crown, which is neat.
Other contender would be the Laurent Ferrier Atelier Classic traveller. An understated way of interpreting the GMT function. Movement really shines too, as one might expect with LF.
Two magnificient gmt watches that I absolutely can't afford. But dreaming is free.
I don't see them going back to the Seagull ST19, rather the Sellita SW510-M they used on the Peter auto.
I suppose the Peter auto will stay limited.
Hints point to a plantigrad version.
