Seiko slim š¢!
My second purchase in the same week as my Willard was this beautiful Seiko Prospex Glacier āSave The Oceanā Turtle 110th Anniversary Edition Watch 0813/5000!
What to say about this beautiful watch...
Let's start with the strap! For recycled plastic it is so soft and comfy. The metal strap it came with too is very unique for Seiko. (I will take a picture later). The soft nato style strap fits my 7" wrist like a dream.
The bezel has the usual crisp rotational movement you would expect from a Seiko and has an exquisite ceramic insert š
The face... I am lost in the face. I think Seiko wanted the face to look like a glacier and they succeeded. It is truly beautiful.

I love the watch but find it a little ironic that the Japanese produce anything labelled "save the ocean" insert footage of dolphins being massacred and whales killed for "scientific research ". I know that perhaps Seiko are trying to rectify this image but, I still find it ironic. I am hypocritical by the way having owned two save the ocean watches..

I love this comment! I fully understand where you are coming from. Bit like the EV car argument (let's not start a rant!).
