I'm showing specific models that I like, but any variation of the Seiko Willard, Oris Aquis, and Zodiac Super Sea Wolf GMT can work. Also which watch would you potentially get with the leftover money?
I personally can't see the value in spending that much. But I'd probably spend up to a grand on one of the Citizen options in titanium and maybe with GPS for perfect accuracy anywhere on earth. Or there's other options that only cost a few hundred and give amazing value.
I'm just an idiot who's way too obsessed with watches and thinks about the details of watches way too much. My YouTube channel is my outlet www.youtube.com/c/TheWatchIdiot

The Aquis is tough to beat as a package for a dive watch at ~ $2K. I was able to get the caliber 400 off the grey market for $2500.
Oris makes a great product.

The Oris would definitely be my go to with this budget. It retails for right about $2300 through AD.
I’m not a Gray Man for purchases this large and would want the warranty but they can go from around $1600 USD off market.
Assuming I bought at AD price I would get a strap adapter on Etsy and some extra straps with leftover $$.
