What watch should I get?
I’m so torn between a few watches! I currently only have a 2 watch collection which consists of my Gilt Tudor BB58 and G-Shock GWM5610. I’m wanting to make this a 4 watch collection. I’d want workout watch, a dress watch, a diver and an everyday. So my g shock fills the work out watch and my BB58 fills the diver. I’m holding off on the dress since I know what to get already and wouldn’t really be priority due to my lifestyle. As for my everyday. I’m looking at 3 watches. The Tissot PRX 35mm in blue or black, the Grand Seiko SBGX261 and the CW c63 sealander 36mm in black. The Tissot is super duper color cuz it’s low key and dissapears on the wrist and super low profile, the sbgx261 is dope as well but it also costs 1.5k and up which I need to save up. CW is cool but not really sure of having a brand in my collection that isn’t a big name/ player in the watch world compared to Tudor and Casio. Question is: Should I get the Tissot? Or save up for the GS or settle for the CW since it sorta reminds me of an explorer on a budget.

If the only thing putting you of the CW is that they’re not a big name I’d say go for that They’ve been growing for a while now and most serious watch enthusiasts seem to think highly of them. I’ve got a CW and have been able to see some others in the metal including a C63, though one of the larger ones and they’re just as good as any Tissot I’ve handled.
From your 3 choices, I'd pick the CW. The Sealander in 36mm is perfect and has been calling out my name lately!!
Get what YOU want, not what we think you should get.
All of those are generally respected watches/brands, so that should not be a concern.
Gonna vote for the Sealander here, the SBGX261 looks too dressy for an everyday watch imo
I’m more interested in your dress watch choice 👍 the 3 watches you picked will get some punishment over time but you can’t go wrong with any of them. Brushed case and bracelet is always good for a GADA style watch for the minor war wounds.

Both nice picks but totally different styles. I had my eye on the Longines and tried the largest case size on a couple of years ago. Biggest mistake was my wife was with me and she now owns it 🤦🏻♂️

Lol my fiancé is looking at the dolcevita as well but the smaller one. I guess I’m looking to match. I just like classic style looking watches!
Sounds to me like the GS is your choice in your mind but it’ll take some work to get there…. Do yourself the favor now of getting what you want. Not that either of the other watches are bad choices, but if you know what you want already… stay the course and get there!
