Are you okay with quartz because that opens up a lot more options. I got my Certina DS Podium gmt for under that.

Titanium so light weight, 100m wr, 41mm diameter, 49mm lug to lug and 10.4mm thick; so it should fit under most shirt cuffs and wear well on most wrists. I think it looks great but does come in other colours and can take a bit of a beating.

If you want mechanical the Boldr Venture line has some nice options that should work.

Tissot, Islander, citizen eco drive, seiko 5 line. These are ones under 700 US Dollars that I have. You get sapphire crystal too with the Tissot and Islanders on most watches of that price range. Then there is of course G-Shock with all their differnt models that can be dressed up and down like the casioak?
