Strap help!

Is this just covered lugs? Can you take off the bracelet? If that's the case, determine lug width and hope there is sufficient clearance.

It’s sort of a integrated design, it does have quick release spring bars.

The two possible problems are

1. Lug width may be narrow to an extent of poor strap availability or odd proportions to case as strap won't flare out to case width like the bracelet does.

2. The thickness of leather may not fit under the hood.

First step is to remove bracelet and ascertain lug width.

Etsy will have options for making customized straps. The lug width on this model is 18mm.

If you bought the version with the strap, it comes with an 18-22mm notched strap similar to Casio digital straps. Those are easy to find.

One other option would be to buy a 22m strap and cut lug ends yourself.

I absolutely LOVE that Timex Q chrono with the reverse Panda dial! Seems to be somewhat unavailable nowadays though and EXPENSIVE for a quartz Timex too unfortunately 😕

I did a mess with the leather that came with it... After a few months I gave abandoned that search

Gotta say, thanks for the comment, I cut one of my older 22mm rally straps to fit.

Anything made for the Casio AE1200 will fit the Timex Q. Here are some leather options:
