Ahh, the CasiOak (do people here hate that term or...?), aka the GA2100VB-1A for short ๐. I found this new Virtual World for $70 last year, and I should honestly wear it more. I threw on some metal strap adapters and got myself a matching blue/black Barton rubber strap. Might switch to a two piece NATO eventually.
In the background, my sports card collection (a small sample). I used to be a lot more involved, but life has other priorities. I still stay connected to the hobby and news surrounding it, and I tend to be more strategic with it if I do see any cards worth getting. Curious to see if there's any other collectors on this platform!
My question for the class, do you immediately reach for strap adapters or stick with the original Casio/GShock resin bands?

Original
Original for G-Shocks.
Everything and anything for the Duros.
I keep mine original but I have a key on the way.
OG resin barely makes it out of the plastic holder.
JayandKays or strap ASAP.

I agree with the card shows. NY had a decent amount but when I moved to Texas I was stunned at the scale of some of them. Really cool people in the hobby too of all ages.

+1 for JayandKays ๐
wish my boxes and boxes of unopened 80's cards were worth more than 3 cents
G-Shocks, I always keep original, any other watch is up for a change, quick-release silicone or NATO are the normal routes.
