It's interesting how a new strap can totally change a watch and how you feel about it. I haven't worn this watch in months, because I hated the strap I had before.

Still don't wear it much but made it much better IMO.
NATO on the MALM Commander was a great strap swap for me

The original Timex strap was ok but the Vario strap made the watch speak to me.
I’m just not a silicone strap guy. Although I am a big fan of the Promaster, I found this watch just sitting in the watch box until I put it on a bracelet from LIW.
