First Post!

For my first post just wanted to share these two watches I recently inherited from my grandparents. Both are automatic and keep surprisingly good time, although the Hamilton could use a new crystal. I don't have the tools to get into the Hamilton yet but hopefully I will soon!

Welcome!

·

Beautiful two pieces and welcome on Ben !

·

It feels great to beat the whole family having inherited something from older generations, LOL. Just kidding, beautiful watches, imagine all the stories behind them. Welcome to the party.

·

Beautiful watches. I gave up vintage a long time ago, appreciate seeing Hamiltons and Elgins, brings me back to the 80s when I started collecting timepieces.

·

Very nice! Welcome to the Crunch! ☺

·

Welcome, those are some nice watches. Treasure them for sure. Always worth getting heirlooms serviced to keep them in top shape. You can have the crystal polished or replaced at the same time!

·

Embrace the Crunchiness!

Classic watches! 👍 Welcome!

·

Awesome watches! Welcome!! 😬

·

Welcome to WC! Nice watches.

·

Welcome! That Elgin is so eye catching! I've seen the name before but not that particular watch. Im always jealous of guys that inherit cool stuff. My Pa's expansion band Timex went with him.

Very nice watches! Welcome!

·

Two great pieces!

Looks similar to the 1954 k450 is a cool model. From their "one watch model per year" automatic run.
