Yes they do! This is called the Pelagos LHD, there is a regular black one with white indices, this one has indices with patina.
Mine was the classic black pilot which broke and I never got it serviced, this white and blue one was the second.
I have 6.5 inch wrist and this fits just fine and tbh any watch up to 49mm lug to lug fits just fine but maybe its my bias speaking - I hate small watches with a passion, absolutely detest the race to small sizes that is on among microbrands right now. I hope the frosted lichen is released in 40mm so I can get it.
