This is an interesting one. On one hand, we have a success story of a quirky idea that showed us that serious horology doesn't need to look serious.
On the other hand, we have a conventional micro brand that revives classic 60's and 70's style. Which is my preference.
I like what Maen is doing! Love the Manhattan and The Skymaster.

Hard choices. I like Studio Underdog, But I reach more towards Maen. Love both though!!!

This will be an interesting one to watch. Studio Underd0g had more votes in round one than any other brand, but this time around it is a much closer match.
Hmmm, grossly overpriced Chinese watch (and stupid me owns two of them) with an interesting design vs. classic style (that I want to own) - guess I'll go with the latter.
Studio Underd0g is a marketing success and proves that you don't need to see under the hood if you are ok with the looks and the hype of a cool design...nevertheless I still think Maen will prevail in time.

Studio Underd0g is almost a shoe in to win the whole thing. They've put out very recognisable, fun designs at a reasonable price. To be honest, they don't live up to the hype and price in person quality-wise, but they're still pretty fun and aesthetically unique, which counts for a lot.
Regardless, the hype for them is huge at the moment, with a new model out a few months ago and the most popular models regularly unavailable, it'll be hard for anyone else to beat them out for the top spot.
They definitely turn out the vote, but there are a couple juggernauts marching through this.
Before voting, I estimate SU will be at 90%

Studio Underd0g gets my vote. I have many of Richard's designs. My latest is Pizza Party.

Based off previous winners, there might be some upsets, I'd be willing to bet the winner be around the same price point, and the same feature set as previous winners.
Formex is a great example.

There will definitely be some upsets to come, but I agree, the $1500 spot seems to be the sweet spot. The Formex clasp is pretty darn good.
As much as I love some of the Studio Underd0g watches, particularly the watermelon, Maen has a much more versatile lineup and it's classic series is absolute 🔥
I'm NOT a fan of only being able to purchase the Pizza series in person. It's a bit cultish for my tastes.

Formex is a good brand for sure. And the strap and clasp are indeed super comfortable.

Love the creativity and fun Studio brings to the table; but sometimes the fun runs out. Maen is pure class with untouched value. Maen takes the cake
