My Tag🟢

Picked this over a Grand Seiko and have always loved Tag's motorsport legacy. What are your thoughts on Tag Heuer? Should I give GS a try too?

I love Tag Heuer, I have 3 and I had 5, I know that GS is a great watch, I would buy a Diver Spring Drive without a doubt

beautiful pieces!

Thanks

I love it. Tag had its history (both good and bad), and I appreciate them for their history, heritage, and distinctive looks. Yours is great; I love green and it has such wrist presence. I have the green titanium Aquaracer, and it gets compliments.

Beautiful. Happy st. Paddys day

GS seems to hold their value a bit better than TAG. I would go for a Grand Seiko between the two. However, you should buy what you like!

This one is beautiful, even better than a Kermit/Hulk... Leave the GS where it belongs: in the universe of boring watches. 🤓

·

Go used GS as there are a lot of them on the market.

More Heuer, less Tag.

I would love a Heuer!

My two favorite watches are made by Tag Heuer and Grand Seiko. Very, very different feel to the two brands, but they are both very nice and worth a shot to try out!

Five years ago I would’ve said the same, but Tag is pumping out some seriously cool watches right now.

I agree, I just think new leadership there is responsible and getting back to their roots.

For sure!

I currently only have Tag, no GS, however, I think you did the right thing…. Tag is a really cool brand with tons of racing heritage… That being said, if you can afford to also add a GS, go for it…. I think they are completely different animals.

One of the coolest things about this hobby is to be able to try different watches and enjoy their uniqueness. Cool stuff.

Outstanding 💯!

Both are great. I currently have 3 Tags and one GS. They are very different watches:

Those are fantastic pieces! I'd certainly give GS a try when I visit a boutique. Cheers!

Well said, my friend. Cheers!

My first good watch, and what started me down the rabbit hole. 2000 Tag, F1 chronograph. This day, I still think it’s their best looking F1 by far and it’s actually worth more than It retailed for now(because it’s been impeccably maintained).

More Heuer than Tag for me, on the other hand GS is king when it comes to details and finishing...
