And the Unkai (Sea of Clouds) SBGH311 was pretty amazing in the GS boutique so that would be up there.

Of those you listed I voted for Omiwatari.

Ooohh now there's a question 🤔 I'm going to pass, say all the above and every other dial they do,even the plain dials have a little something extra than normal 👌

The one I have (naturally): Snowflake

Just saw this guy in person at the shop and it is stunning. Pictures don't do it justice. Having not yet seen the Shunbun in person, this is my current No.1

Either SBGA415 or SBGA413 cherry blossom 🌸. Although I also love the white / black birch dials, and the blue Lake Suwa

It does look much better in person.

I’ve been looking at the Lake Suwa in Titanium. It’s a very impressive watch. Fit and finish are clearly outstanding as are its weight and slightly darker grey tone. The dial is simply spectacular. I would prefer it was offered on a leather strap rather than their bracelet.

Yes. You can look at some really good strap options at Delugs here: https://delugs.com/blogs/strap-guide/strap-guide-grand-seiko-sbgy007-omiwatari
