Flip a coin, Sub or Daytona.
I'd never heard of any of the options apart from the Sub before I got "into" watches. Based on that alone I'd say the Sub is the clear winner from the list. That said, I'd also heard of/seen the SeaMaster, so I'd say it's about as "iconic" outside the watch community.

That is an excellent point and I don’t disagree. My struggle is, the Newman Daytona auction was probably the biggest event in ten plus years, impact wise, on the number of new folks to the hobby.

Going with Omega Moonwatch. A new Omega Moonwatch is closer to an old Omega Moonwatch than a new Rolex Submariner is to an old Rolex Submariner.

For me I picked the sub because it has reached that “cultural icon” status that when someone says ”dive watch” the first image they think of is the Rolex Submariner
