For me it’s the dive watch. I want to be able to wear my watch in any situation without worrying about it being damaged. A diver is just more robust.
For me, the fear my watch would fall out of my pocket and get damaged is far worse than the germs. Almost lost a phone to the toilet water like that, won’t happen with my watch.
In my mind the size doesn’t matter. For me a collection is about the story the watch tells. Not the amount of watches you own or the pricetag it has. So the perfect watch collection size is different for everyone.
