Vostok Help Needed

I have an affinity for all things vintage and obscure. I also recently picked up watch collecting and don’t know much. I recently came across this mysterious Vostok and need help to identify if it is legit or a mod. The seller swears it is a legitimate Vostok in bronze case. I have never seen a bronze field watch Vostok. Also, the caseback has this interesting stamping of the coat of arms for the Russian Empire which I have never seen on a Vostok; I have only seen the jumping whale over the setting sun, the astronaut helmet and the amphibia name stamped on the back. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have the same caseback, can't recall if it on the Komandirskie or Vostok. I can't talk to the rest of the watch though.

If you like it, does it matter? Dependant on price of course.

I have that eagle image on my Vostok's dial.

Also, the case may not be brass but rather titanium nitride. I have one made of that material:

Mine seems shinier though, where yours is duller, so maybe it is brass.

I think provenance matters, otherwise I would own an Oris “vintage” and a Fortis Trueline from India.

Pretty sure that eagle is exclusive to the dirskie

Perhaps with a valuable watch, but I get your point. 😊

The think it’s a legit one.

Also, the eagle was not only the coat of arms for the Russian Empire, it is the Russian Federation official coat of arms as well, which makes sense cause this is not a vintage Soviet piece.

Yeah, I know the coat of arms was brought back in the 90’s but I had not seen it in on a Vostok
