I watch a lot of YouTube reviews about watches and I have noticed a great affinity by presenters such as Urban Gentry, Ben’s Watch and many others to use The Great Wave of Kanagawa print as a background and I was wondering if there was a particular connection between this work and horology or is this just a popular print these days among the young like Klimt’s The Kiss was popular with young women during my college years in the 90’s?
