My first GS
Always wanted a cool White Dial Watch, with a small color accent. So i checked out such Watches for the last 2 years .... and initially bought a used GS SBGH201. White Dial, Blue Seconds Hand, (my first) Grand Seiko, Highbeat. Ticks alot of boxes!
Unfortunately the seller did not disclose missing bracelet links, and a visible crater(!) in the hourhand. So i immediately sent it back.
And went to search again ..... and ultimately decided to go with basically a very similar watch, but with a Titanium Case and Bracelet. (Ticks one more box ;) ). A used SBGH243.
And instead of buying it locally here in Europe, i also decided to just buy it from a large Japanese Company.
It arrived within 3 days, and it looks flawless for a used watch. Can't wait to see how it looks in different environments. :)

The finish is crazy good! Reminds me so much like a classic King/Grand Seiko from the 70s, amped up by a factor of 1000!

I think Japanese sellers offer a great quality service. I have just bought this King Seiko (and a Grand Quartz, actually) from a Japanese eBay seller with 100% positive feedback. Fast shipment, great packaging, they even sent me a video of the inspection!
I see where the inspiration for the case is coming from: the classic Grammar of design...
Congratulations my friend that's beautiful piece of art there on your wrist,top tip the wind scratches them so stay out the breeze with it,an don't ever take it out in hot sun because you could kill several hundred with the lazer the reflection creates 🤣
