THE COLLECTION!

So we got an all-black G-Shock (I don’t know the model), the Orient Bambino V2 with Cream dial and blue hands, the Seiko SRPG35 (just got this one two days ago!), the Timex Fairfield, the Orient Ray II (inscribed on the back as a gift), the Seiko SNK803 (my first automatic watch ever, just a tad small on the wrist; also swapped the strap for a leather NATO), and finally a Swiss-themed Swatch that I got in Switzerland :) 🇨🇭

Not too shabby my friend. An interesting variety! I've always been meaning to get a bambino especially since they can now be had smaller. I have the Ray 2 and another couple of Orient divers.

Unbeatable bang for buck.

Love the seiko on that nato.

Where will you be heading next with your collecting? After just over two years I have developed a thing for titanium divers and vintage seikos and most recently microbrands but it's a moving feast!

Thank you man. As much as I love my Orient Ray 2 diver (and will keep it around as long as possible since it was a gift), I’m not huge on divers. Having that one is great but I don’t think I’m gonna get another for a while. Personally, i think the one thing missing from my collection is a nice chronograph watch. So, to answer your question I think once I feel ready for a new watch and have saved up enough, I might try to get a nice chronograph. Right now I’m loving the Hamilton Intra-Matic chronograph but it’s definitely pricey!

Chronographs are a complication I only have limited knowledge on and I only own one a Citizen Quartz.

Just looked up the Hamilton. Looks very cool. I do like Hanharts but don't know very much. I expect my tastes will change over time!

Our tastes definitely change over time, you’re right. Well see where our tastes take us!
