Daniel Craig, WRUW?

Craig is immaculately turned out at Wimbledon. I wouldn’t expect anything less from a man who played Bond. Question is, what’s on his wrist? I haven’t the first clue. Any takers?

Bonus point for anyone who can convincingly guess what’s on Rachel’s wrist. But less to go on there.

He was an Omega fan before he played Bond.

Planet Ocean for sure.

I Agree with the first comment. Planet ocean. I have one.

·

Thanks. That was bugging me. Seems he really is an Omega fan beyond the Bond thing.

He has a contract as an ambassador, to wear anything else would be against his contract. Ambassador’s are photographed with other brands but rarely like David Beckham to Tudor.

Planet Ocean. His favourite, beside Speedmaster.

As for guessing what's on Rachel's wrist, I do believe it is a wristwatch.

Yeah I’ve seen him say that in interviews. I mean it’s believable, I just find it hard to take seriously. People like to paint their past in a light that aligns with their present...

If someone gives you a shit ton of money to wear nothing but their watches, just to keep some sort of individual identity and prevent yourself from feeling degraded, you kinda have to tell yourself that you liked their watches before they gave you the money.

Omega makes amazing watches so I’m sure it’s easy for him to genuinely wear them and enjoy them. I just can’t ever take an embassador seriously when they talk about watches because I always feel like they’re there to sell you something.

The name is Ocean! Planet Ocean! 😎

It might be against his contract (unless you’ve seen it?). Other people sponsored by watch brands don’t need to wear their sponsor’s products 100%. For example. Brad Pitt is sponsored by Breitling, but is often seen wearing other watches.

I’m sure there are some clauses as far as public events rather than personal leisure. I have seen Brad Pit in his 222 but nothing that seems to be as high profile as this match or a red carpet event. Same goes for my previous examples. I’m sure they enjoy the watches that they are contracted with but I’m sure someone as high profile as this generations bond with a high association with Omega has different stipulations. But you seem like the “expert” here

So when he showed Omega watches that he has owned for years he was lying?

No, I think he really did own those watches. He probably even had a genuine love for them, even before he became an ambassador. My point is I can’t take what he says now seriously because he’s already been bought and tainted.

·

Definitely a Planet Ocean, like the one he wore in "Skyfall."

·

I wish I could get payed to wear an omega watch
