Keep or sell ?

I always regret getting the 43mm version instead of the 41mm but somehow it is also the only statement watch I own and 2 years ago when I tried both on I chose this one. So would you keep or sell ? The problem also by selling I would lose like 6-700 swiss franks 😥

Totally a keep but if you're going to sell it I'm interested.. 😃

Unfortunately the regret will not go away. It all depends on how much wrist time it gets and if it’s in a case more than on your wrist it maybe worth the loss and reinvest in something you want.

I’m there not with a tag heuer I don’t wear much but I luckily have other watches I love to wear.

Good luck

I don’t think it looks too big on you, for whatever that’s worth.

It’s not easy and it can be a very expensive mistake

I got a 43mm Conquest, nice watch but far too big and no lume (blue dial version), so I part exchanged for a 41mm green dial Hydroconquest. Much better in every way. I say go for the 41mm

·

Is the NATO strap not making it more bulky? Maybe try a one-pass NATO or something in rubber?

Whats your wrist size?

·

Somewhere there's a person thinking I wish I had got the 43mm instead of the 41mm. If only they could see your post...

·

The watch size doesn't look too big and you opted for the larger size for a reason.

Bin the NATO as it will add bulk and make it too heavy.

I would try a slightly thicker strap. Tropic , sailcloth or canvas if you can find one that works it will be cheaper and will hold less regrets going forward.

·

If you're even asking it's a sell.

In this hobby ‘tis the cost of “doing business”. 🙂

Never measured it, but I imagine less than 7 inches. I have little girl wrists!

Do you have an idea where I could find one ?

Sell it if you don’t love it

·

I got the 41mm TT and I love it every day since I bought it

·

Keep it, 43mm is not too big. It looks perfect on you.

·

It’s pretty big, but wear it with pride it’s awesome!!!

·

I always say the man makes the watch, the watch doesn't make the man. So if it just that is a little big then just own that sh*t and you'll be fine.

But from your post it doesn't feel like it's that it's too big but that you didn't connect with the watch like you expected. I think you should consider the loss a "rental fee" for trying out the watch and sell or trade. I agree @DrObnxs , if your asking, it's a sell.

I’ve got a slender wrist and have a 41mm grey dial Hydroconquest which fits dust right.

There are plenty of strap sellers on line as well as the usual market places.

For a tropic or canvas North shore straps in the UK are cheap but very good quality at £14.
