When I read Ming, I can only think about the whole hands alignment thing. It’s a miracle to me how they are still around in certain circles. Completely overrated if you ask me.

Both are great. However, one thing I haven’t read in the other comments yet: Lugwidth.
Omega SMP: 20mm – Tudor Pelagos 39: 21mm
Might be a point if you already own several 20mm aftermarket straps.
Otherwise, it’s pretty much taste. Lug to lug the Pelagos is only 1mm smaller, so I can’t really relate to the people who say the SMP is a huge watch. From what I have seen from Tudor so far, the Pelagos might even look thicker from the side, as the Omega case is not as “linear”.
