I guess the 'testa rossa'-page does not belong to the add on the left side. Just 2 pages from a motorsport magazine.
Most advertising copy is better left untranslated. Especially if it is about winning. Having said that, I wish this would be in Sumerian.

The camera feature of google translate does well with the Testa Rossa, but the Citizen ad is not legible regardless of language. It might as well be in Sumerian.

It’s very true. I absolutely love mine. Very reliable and classic watch.

I follow a guy on instagram that specializes in old watch advertisements. I’m considering messaging him to see if he can find this advertisement or one in English for me.
