It’s called the Movado Edge Chronograph. The integrated bracelet has some very sharp “edges” (hahaha) that can get caught on clothes but the dial more than makes up for that subtle issue.
It’s for the date. The lighting does not do this watch justice. I’ll post a better pic tomorrow after a strap change lol.
