I’m not a Rolex guy, but if that’s an option I think you gotta go with it.
I would get an Jlc reverso tribute(if that’s something you’re interested in) because a dress watch is something that’s missing in your collection maybe in red or in blue depending on where you live this will set you back about 8000 euros that said you would have enough to still get a nice BB 58 or an older explorer 1

Another Omega, like an SM Aqua Terra. Then whatever else. But no Tudor's for me. Can't do the whole 'Rolex sister' thing.
Do you have to get a BB58? You already have a diver in the collection; I would go for Mark XX + Explorer.

Now, instead of buying them from local shop, fly to Japan and buy them from there. At budget of $14k, you have enough to fully round trip (depends on location, business class), stay in Tokyo for a few nights, buy both watches, do a look at my watch from the plane (pose with some Japanese whisky, of course). Wait, you have budget. Share your watch pics from the lounge and rub it on.

This is the way.
$14k in this market will go a long long way if you stay away from mass produced/hype.
You could be mixing it up with high(ish) horology from the likes of JLC, GO, Breguet, even VC if you mix it up between new and used with enough left over for a fresh service etc.
You’ll certainly be getting a discount on a new bb58 if you wait a few months into 2024.
Maybe have a little look at a marketplace like Subdial and see what’s within grasp?
