Datora alternative under $1000?

Anybody know an alternative of the Breitling Datora for under $1000? I'm looking for a vintage inspired chronograph, preferably with a salmon or cream dial, or failing that, black or white, with either automatic, mecha-quartz, or quartz, from an established brand, or failing that, a well-respected micro brand.

It doesn't have to have a moonphase, or even the 12 o'clock day date windows.

Citizen might have something similar, they have such a large catalogue of models.

Do you know what people call this kind of style?

Triple calendar Moonphase stop watch

Vinrage chronographs under 1000 are always a hard ask. However there are vintage inspired ones that carry look and feel. The Seagull 1963 is one or the Lorier 1962 would be another

In no way similar in regards to complications this has the look.

Certina DS8 moonphase chronograph. It’s a quartz watch but I think you’d struggle to find something else that’s automatic like this for under 1000

·

This should fit the bill - a mecha-quartz for about $500.

I'm not asking for a vintage chronographs for under 1000, but a vintage inspired (in style) for under 1000.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Woops I literally didn't see that word! My fault! 😅

Definitely not under $1000

Clone?

You be the judge

It looks awesome! Very similar to the Premier B09, though, rather than the Datora. I don't think it's a clone. This design was ubiquitous in the early 20th century. If this is a clone, then the Datora is a clone of the PP 5970. Thanks for this, I didn't know about this brand.
