That is exactly what was my issue. I bought the white birch brand new and it had numerous problems right away. They sent it in for service and it was gone for more than 6 months, they couldn‘t tell me anything and after it came back it had scratches and the issues weren‘t fixed properly… Really scared me off of buying another GS at that price
It really comes close… I wanted the original too but after my horrible experience with GS I probably won‘t buy another one for a while.
The brand is called Straum and the model Jan Mayen. It‘s only their second watch and that makes it all the more impressive!
