I think it looks great on that leather strap. Most GS are essential dress watches, so yes, they look lovely with the right leather strap.
I personally think most GS models look better on a leather strap than the bracelet.
The first time I tried the bracelet it threw me as I was shocked how light it was. I think looks great on the strap but I prefer the bracelet. But fortunately it can be a bit of a strap monster 👹

Looks way too big for you on the bracelet. Definitely better on a strap, but not that strap. It's too informal.

I also agree that GS is better on a strap, but the one you put on it isnt good/doesn't match. Try a simpler/unicolor one.
Leather strap looks better in my opinion
