Only Summer Watch?
I purchased this Doxa Sub 200 on a whim. I liked the style and the price was right. As I was putting on this morning, my wife looks over and said "you can't wear that, it's a summer watch". I looked over at her and in my confused look, asked " what does that mean? ".
In my infinite wisdom of fashion, I do not understand. Is she right? Or do I ignore her, and wear it anyway? Is she right? I mean, we all know they are always right 😉 .

I think it can be whatever you want it to be...does white look great in the summer? Sure! But just like white clothes I think the old not after Labor Day rule needs an update 🍻
Also...I believe in the excuse of buying a "summer watch" each year but that's only to add something fun to the collection...I would wear it anytime of year...just me

I’m always right. I guess that’s why I’m single. — I don’t know if she’s right or not, I’d say it is a summer watch but that doesn’t mean you can’t wear it. What you need to do is buy another watch. And when she gets upset you say, “But you said my Doxa was a summer watch. I needed a fall/winter watch.” Moves like that are probably also why I’m single.

I could see why she’d say that.However in the fall or winter,if your wearing white clothing that doxa will match well.I have orange one,but that white looks very nice.Enjoy it all four seasons 😆

The ‘no white after labor day’ thing ended years ago. I choose my watch each day based on my mood and what I’m wearing, so I say go for it
