👆 What they said! Having said that, the first watch I bought as an adult was a Citizen Eco Drive perpetual calendar chronograph. I loved that thing had an integrated bracelet too. Sadly, that was stolen during a burglary. Replaced it with a Seiko SNA 765 chronograph which was my only watch for a decade. Then five years ago I caught the watch bug... 😂
This is fine. It's far from a bad choice, which is usually how one starts.
That’s funny because I feel the gist of such articles is almost always “yes” to whatever the premise happens to be. Like no this isn’t the greatest car ever made, but yes you should buy one. So technically “no”, but really I’m trying to write about how good something is.
It's a great looking watch, thin bezel skin diver style, great case shape, very nice dial n hands love black n white very minimal, legible and with a bit of colour with the second hand. And effortless ownership with the eco drive, rock solid reliability and accuracy. Overall a super watch, so it's a yes from me.
Absolutely. Citizen makes really solid watches. The particular style you purchased is a classic design. It will always be in style. First and foremost, purchase what you like. No one else’s opinion really matters. Always purchase the best you can afford.
That's an odd question, watches are a personal choice I would only buy what I like or better still love or you will be selling it for a loss within a year.

Do you like it? Does it work? Could you afford it?
If yes, then it was worth it.
Don't look back, my man. Wear it, if you don't like it, sell it and get what you're interested in now. Nobody's opinion here matters but your own.
What @KristianG said. If you're happy with it, then it was the right watch to buy.
It's a pretty cool watch, too!

I should also add, I'm a Citizen fan, and in particular their Eco-Drive watches.

Classic design, well executed.👍
It’s a solid watch. Can’t go wrong with Citizen
If your not feeling it find out why
Maybe you just need a strap change but as far as your pick your good from where I’m looking at least.
Depends how much you paid for it of course, but I think it is quite handsome in the absolute.

If it works for you and you enjoy it that's what counts...
