The Seiko Presage line has some lovely blue options. The SRPE43 is under a 1000 and looks stunning in person. I think it would pair very nicely with a vintage brown leather strap instead of what it comes with.
I have owned this piece for 6 months now, and can confidently say, it's a great watch! The look is absolutely striking and I tend to wear it for several hours everyday just to look at it. I swapped out the bracelet for a brown leather strap from Colareb which has elevated the already awesome look. I have posted about this watch here:
