I've had good straps from Straphabit and Wristcandy Watch Club. But, I will say that similar finds on Amazon were about half the price and feel just as good.
The material is more important than the brand. I found that for me FKM rubber is the best. It's almost as pliable and compliant like silicone, but without the dust and lint attraction or the skin irritation issues.

I'd say Beneto Cinturini straps. They are very comfortable, do not attract lint and dust, and smell great (vanilla scent).
In the sub $50 I'd go with any FKM strap (CrafterBlue, SMC, StrapHabit, B & R Bands...).
And finally, for nato: simply go with the Yellow Dog Straps.
