I used to wear my Tudor Royal 41 as an office watch, but felt it was a little too blingy after a while 😂 have since put a number of dive and sport watches into my office wear rotation.
Most of my nicer watches get worn in a rotation mainly to the office. Then have affordables to wear when the kiddo’s knocking around at night/on weekends.
Depends on your work environment. I rotate and am in business setting. Business casual work mostly but client meetings means "suited and and booted" at times.
I rotate three. An Omega Aqua Terra for when I wear blue. A Monta Noble for when I wear pink/red and an Oris Big Crown Pointer Date for when I wear tan or black.
My Rolex 39 and Cartier Tank is for the office and especially if I have big meetings. But otherwise I rotate with my more fun watches when its mostly office time without outside events or meetings.
The only watch I wear for work. Those who know, know. Hard to find now. They discontinued the milk tea (my way of describing it) dial on all their stainless steel models. You will only find it on the precious metal models now.

Black Bay 36 to the office most days.. Grand Seiko SBGX009 if I want to switch it up or if it’s a day that is particularly dressy.

Lovely dial!
I wear a rotation. I usually wear one watch each week, and whatever watch that is comes to the office.
Beautiful Tudor btw.
Except my Gshocks all watches get office time eventually, some more than others
Every single day.
