Taking a break from purchasing watches because I’m quite satisfied with my collection for now. I’ve got a pretty regular routine with 2 timepieces (Monta Oceanking during work hours, and the G-Shock 5610 for when I’m at home) which keeps me pretty happy and satisfies all my timekeeping and vanity needs.

The others are gonna get wrist time on days when I’m feeling funky. There’s a couple of watches that I want to pick up at some point, but I’m in no rush - the Christopher Ward C60 Trident Pro, and a non-diver date watch (à la Monta Triumph, Monta Noble, or C63 Sealander Automatic).

Godspeed on the break.

That red G Shock is killer, super legible.

I understand why to wear that Monta so much, beautiful piece. The CW will be a great addition to your collection. Nice collection mate, keep going!

Those red G-shocks are eye catchers! Nice looking collection!

Monta Noble is 🔥

I love that vintage Longines and the times with the red bezel. Both are awesome!

The Longines was my dad’s and my first “luxury” watch!

·

CW and Monta are both great!

·

It’s a beautiful collection, only you need the crome Casio g shock

·

Fun collection! I was also just looking at the Christopher Ward pieces. Yes, it has some resemblance to other pieces, but that trident second hand is so cool!

Yes that super legible one stood out for me too. Love them as tools but I do find legibility is often their challenge.

Good choice in having the Trident Pro 300 in the mix. Have you figured out whether you want the 38mm, 40mm or 42mm? My wrist is similar in size to yours and I am between the 38mm and the 40mm depending on the day! The 42mm was too big which is a shame as the COSC Tide only comes as a 42mm.

Agreed, I have a few and one being the “CasiOak” I guess. The hands sometimes complete cover the tiny digital read out. Others depend on the backlight situation etc…. Maybe at times the push style or design over basic function.

But at least we can’t fault Casio on price!

I did check out your gallery and I like your GS with the gold second hand - v nice.

I have the similar look and love it - Enjoy!

I tend to enjoy bigger watches and I’ll very likely go with the 42mm!
