Great timing on this post! I picked up my first yesterday at District Time #districttime . Circula Aquasport II #circulawatches
Sun shot, excuse the water spot on the crystal, didn't notice it when I took the picture.
Thank you all for the feedback! @JBird7986 I just happened to be making a trip to Costco tonight and was able to see the Glycine in person. Looks fantastic for $299. It's a 42mm and I have a Casio Duro at 44mm that I bought when I started out that's my beater watch. I'm thinking 40mm feels a bit small for a diver or diver style. I'm sure it's all my perception but was really happy I was able to see a 42mm size wise in person. I think that alone was enough to cross the 40mm off my list. @Al_Ra_Ra and @JAWS80 I appreciate your feedback, I'm newer to all of this so that background on Hamilton was really helpful for me. The Hamilton Field Titanium Auto in black is on my list! I'll check out the Mido as well @KristianG. I really like the Ocean Star 200C titanium. A bit pricier, but looks really good.
Thanks All!!
This is a great post, as a lefty I wear mine on the right hand as well. I've recently tried it on my left hand and it just feels odd to me now....I'm stuck. I like that the crown doesn't dig into my hand, small plus for us lefties living in a right handed world 😀
I've been wearing it since Sunday. Size is perfect for my wrist, and I didn't have a pilots style watch yet. The leather strap is surprisingly thick but wears well. I like it and for $99 it'll be one of my daily watches.
