Help me choose a watch please!
So I’ve been looking at these watches for sometime now and want to get one of them, should I go for the Seiko Prospex Speedtimer Solar or the Hamilton Khaki Field Auto? Hamilton is slightly expensive than the Seiko.. Which should i go for or is there something better for this budget?

2 very different watches.
Personally I prefer the field watch look over the chronograph so I would go for the Hamilton - and there is so much to chose from when you look at the khaki field range.
You’ve got yourself a Ginger/Mary Anne situation there.

Look at the watches in your current collection and decide. What suits your need or a different style to the current watches you own now.
These are two opposite styles of watches. Any more context in what budget and style of watch you are looking for?
I'd get the Seiko, but this is just a question of personal preference and current collection.

Definitely the Hamilton
Hard to asnwer as both watches are completly different. There is just too less information. Like: What other watches do you own yet? What's your expectetions on your next watch? What kind of tyes or designs do you like? What's your budgte limit....and so on.
Same for the question if you should consider another watch. Hard to say as long we know such less about you and your collection.
But I will try anyway:
If you are looking for a watch, that you don't have to worry about and gave you a lot for the money....then you should go for the Seiko Speedtimer.
If you are lucky you even don't have to change the battery in twenty years. The full charged battery could even stay for allmost 6 months.
It looks good on allmost any bracelet or strap and the sizes fits very well on the wrist.
But in my opinion the retail price is too high. Try to get it somewhere on discount for around 500.
If you are looking for a (first) mechanical classic looking watch, then I would go for the Hamilton., if I had to chose between these two.
But let me give you an alternative to the Hamiltion:
The Seiko SRPJ81K1 (or the other dial colors). But the retail price of 299 Euro (in germany) is too much I think. Look for cheaper offers.
Or check Laco. In my opinion one of the best or THE best german vallue for money watch brand. In their basic line you can get their watches from 340 Euro. The movements are miyota but beside of that everything elese is made in Pforzheim Germany. If I had to chose between Seiko or Laco I would take the Laco.
